Auction result well in line with expectations
In December 2021 Sothebys in Milan held the auction Contemporary Art | Milan, which included the work Reclining nude with air mattress by Jack Beal. The price achieved of EUR 12,600.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Other works by Jack Beal have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in June 2014 the work Sondra And Table, No. 1 was auctioned for USD 17,500.00 (€ 12,783.05).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Dezember 2021 führte Sothebys in Mailand die Auktion Contemporary Art | Milan durch, in der auch die Arbeit Reclining nude with air mattress von Jack Beal zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 12.600,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Jack Beal konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Juni 2014 die Arbeit Sondra And Table, No. 1 für USD 17.500,00 (€ 12.783,05) versteigert.
