A top price for J. Morris - as previously expected
The work Fireside companions by J. Morris was auctioned at Christies in London in May 2007. The price achieved of GBP 780.00 (€ 1,147.82) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 600.00 – 1,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Fireside companions is the most expensive artwork by J. Morris that we have observed at auctions so far.
