It achieved a price of SEK 32,000.00 (€ 3,411.17), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 28%. Other works by Ivar Johnsson have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of SEK 65,000.00 (€ 6,194.89) in December 2019 for the work "Uppvaknande Venus" (= Venus awakening).

Die Arbeit "Ungdom" (=Youth) von Ivar Johnsson wurde im Juni 2016 in der Auktion Klassiska bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von SEK 32.000,00 (€ 3.411,17) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 28%. Andere Arbeiten von Ivar Johnsson haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von SEK 65.000,00 (€ 6.194,89) im Dezember 2019 für die Arbeit "Uppvaknande Venus" (= Venus awakening) beobachtet.
