Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In March 2017 Christies in New York held the auction Handpicked: 100 Works Selected by the Saatchi Gallery, which included the work Tehachepi (sic) by Ivan Morley. Here, the upper estimate of USD 10,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 11,250.00 (€ 10,515.98). Other works by Ivan Morley have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 17,500.00 (€ 19,930.64) in April 2018 for the work A True Tale.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im März 2017 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Handpicked: 100 Works Selected by the Saatchi Gallery durch, in der auch die Arbeit Tehachepi (sic) von Ivan Morley zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 10.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 11.250,00 (€ 10.515,98) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Ivan Morley haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von GBP 17.500,00 (€ 19.930,64) im April 2018 für die Arbeit A True Tale beobachtet.
