The work River Landscape by Ivan Avgustovich Veltz was sold in the Russian Paintings auction at Sothebys in London in November 2008. The auction ended at the price of GBP 15,000.00 (€ 18,136.13), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ivan Avgustovich Veltz - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Winter Landscape, which sold at auction in November 2014 for GBP 56,250.00 (€ 70,721.78).

Die Arbeit River Landscape von Ivan Avgustovich Veltz wurde im November 2008 in der Auktion Russian Paintings bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 15.000,00 (€ 18.136,13) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Ivan Avgustovich Veltz mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Winter Landscape beobachtet, die im November 2014 für GBP 56.250,00 (€ 70.721,78) versteigert wurde.
