Auction result misses estimated price range
In December 2014 a collector was able to acquire the work Le lac by Italo Valenti for EUR 1,000.00. This price was achieved in the auction Arte Moderna e Contemporanea at Il Ponte and was even below the estimate range of EUR 1,200.00 – 1,400.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Italo Valenti achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Dardi di Luce, 1959 in December 2011 with an auction result of CHF 33,600.00 (€ 27,627.47).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Dezember 2014 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Le lac von Italo Valenti für EUR 1.000,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Arte Moderna e Contemporanea bei Il Ponte erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.200,00 – 1.400,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Italo Valenti erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Dardi di Luce, 1959 im Dezember 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CHF 33.600,00 (€ 27.627,47).
