Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2018 Artcurial in Paris held the auction 20th Century Art 1900-1950, which included the work Composition Au Profil - 1960 by Ismael de la Serna. The price achieved of EUR 2,600.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ismael de la Serna achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Nature morte aux instruments de musique in May 2007 with an auction result of EUR 38,400.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2018 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion 20th Century Art 1900-1950 durch, in der auch die Arbeit Composition Au Profil - 1960 von Ismael de la Serna zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 2.600,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ismael de la Serna erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Nature morte aux instruments de musique im Mai 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 38.400,00.
