However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Isaac Willaerts - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A coastal landscape with shipping and fishermen selling their catch, a fortified settlement on the cliffs beyond, which sold at auction in April 2006 for GBP 19,200.00 (€ 27,711.03).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 11.875,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 48 %.
