In the Ecole de Paris 1905-1939, The Jewish Artists auction, the work La Lecture sold for GBP 5,355.00 (€ 6,290.75) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 3,000.00. This high result makes La Lecture the most expensive artwork by Isaac Dobrinsky that we have observed at auctions so far.
