This artwork by Isaak Izrailevich Brodsky achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in November 2012. In the Important Russian Art auction, the work The Luxembourg Gardens in spring sold for GBP 115,250.00 (€ 141,976.31) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 50,000.00. Admittedly, works by Isaak Izrailevich Brodsky have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Nanny With Children in June 2009 with an auction result of GBP 937,250.00 (€ 1,099,831.46).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Isaak Izrailevich Brodsky erzielte im November 2012 bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Important Russian Art wurde die Arbeit The Luxembourg Gardens in spring für GBP 115.250,00 (€ 141.976,31) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 50.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Isaak Izrailevich Brodsky auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Nanny With Children im Juni 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 937.250,00 (€ 1.099.831,46).
