Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2018 Sothebys in Milan held the auction Modern & Contemporary Art Online, which included the work Senza Titolo (Trascrizioni) by Irma Blank. The price achieved of EUR 6,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Irma Blank achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Abecedarium 17-8-90 in June 2018 with an auction result of EUR 110,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2018 führte Sothebys in Mailand die Auktion Modern & Contemporary Art Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit Senza Titolo (Trascrizioni) von Irma Blank zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 6.000,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Irma Blank erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Abecedarium 17-8-90 im Juni 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 110.000,00.
