Auction result well in line with expectations

However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ioannis Altamouras - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Greek Sailing Along The Coast, Skagen , which sold at auction in November 2008 for GBP 205,250.00 (€ 248,162.68).
