Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In November 2016 Sothebys in London held the auction Including the Bar-Gera Collection of Soviet Non-Conformist Art, which included the work Three Studies Of Male Figures by Ignaty Nivinsky. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 5,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 5,625.00 (€ 6,636.95). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ignaty Nivinsky achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Gurzuf Landscape in November 2011 with an auction result of GBP 103,250.00 (€ 120,533.80).
