The work The Dance by Ignaty Nivinsky was auctioned at Sothebys in London in December 2015. The result of GBP 40,000.00 (€ 54,318.08) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ignaty Nivinsky - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Gurzuf Landscape, which sold at auction in November 2011 for GBP 103,250.00 (€ 120,533.80).

Die Arbeit The Dance von Ignaty Nivinsky kam im Dezember 2015 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 40.000,00 (€ 54.318,08) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 40.000,00 – 60.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Ignaty Nivinsky mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Gurzuf Landscape beobachtet, die im November 2011 für GBP 103.250,00 (€ 120.533,80) versteigert wurde.
