Auction result misses estimated price range
In December this year a collector was able to acquire the work Pink and white roses by Johan Laurentz Jensen for DKK 18,000.00 (€ 2,414.75). This price was achieved in the auction Paintings and drawings at Bruun Rasmussen and was even below the estimate range of DKK 25,000.00 – 30,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Johan Laurentz Jensen achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Danish Stilleben Med Blomster I Græsk Vase (Still Life With Flowers In A Greek Vase) in May 2008 with an auction result of GBP 90,500.00 (€ 115,119.96).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Dezember diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Pink and white roses von Johan Laurentz Jensen für DKK 18.000,00 (€ 2.414,75) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Paintings and drawings bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 25.000,00 – 30.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Johan Laurentz Jensen erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Danish Stilleben Med Blomster I Græsk Vase (Still Life With Flowers In A Greek Vase) im Mai 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 90.500,00 (€ 115.119,96).
