In December this year Bruun Rasmussen held the auction Paintings and drawings, which included the work Pink and white roses by Johan Laurentz Jensen. The auction ended at the price of DKK 25,000.00 (€ 3,353.82), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of DKK 20,000.00 – 25,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Johan Laurentz Jensen achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Danish Stilleben Med Blomster I Græsk Vase (Still Life With Flowers In A Greek Vase) in May 2008 with an auction result of GBP 90,500.00 (€ 115,119.96).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Im Dezember diesen Jahres führte Bruun Rasmussen die Auktion Paintings and drawings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Pink and white roses von Johan Laurentz Jensen zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von DKK 25.000,00 (€ 3.353,82) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 20.000,00 – 25.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Johan Laurentz Jensen erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Danish Stilleben Med Blomster I Græsk Vase (Still Life With Flowers In A Greek Vase) im Mai 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 90.500,00 (€ 115.119,96).
