This artwork by Huguette Arthur Bertrand achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Paris in February 2007. In the Contemporary Art auction, the work Flameches, 1992 sold for EUR 1,727.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 700.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Huguette Arthur Bertrand achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Lidelo n°28 - 1956 in December this year with an auction result of EUR 19,024.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Huguette Arthur Bertrand erzielte im Februar 2007 bei Artcurial in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Contemporary Art wurde die Arbeit Flameches, 1992 für EUR 1.727,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 700,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Huguette Arthur Bertrand erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Lidelo n°28 - 1956 im Dezember diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 19.024,00.
