The result of SEK 60,000.00 (€ 5,378.58) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Admittedly, works by Hugo Salmson have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Portrait de la vicomtesse de Nantois in September 2011 with an auction result of EUR 22,500.00.

Die Arbeit At the flower seller von Hugo Salmson kam im Dezember letzten Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 60.000,00 (€ 5.378,58) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 60.000,00 – 80.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Hugo Salmson auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Portrait de la vicomtesse de Nantois im September 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 22.500,00.
