Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Huang Shanshou achieved an unexpectedly high price at China Guardian in October 2021. In the Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction, the work Magnolia sold for HKD 30,000.00 (€ 3,337.08) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Huang Shanshou achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Tasting Lychee; Xie An And Singers; Playing Qin; Princess Sleeping in June 2021 with an auction result of HKD 1,127,500.00 (€ 122,475.73).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Huang Shanshou erzielte im Oktober 2021 bei China Guardian einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy wurde die Arbeit Magnolia für HKD 30.000,00 (€ 3.337,08) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 12.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Huang Shanshou erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Tasting Lychee; Xie An And Singers; Playing Qin; Princess Sleeping im Juni 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.127.500,00 (€ 122.475,73).
