Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Possibilità Di Ritorno by Huang Po Yong was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2019. The price achieved of HKD 10,000.00 (€ 1,142.99) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Huang Po Yong - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in April 2018 for HKD 31,250.00 (€ 3,297.37).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Possibilità Di Ritorno von Huang Po Yong kam im Oktober 2019 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 10.000,00 (€ 1.142,99) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Huang Po Yong mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet, die im April 2018 für HKD 31.250,00 (€ 3.297,37) versteigert wurde.
