A top price for Hu Zongxin
This artwork by Hu Zongxin achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in November 2007. In the The Mu-Fei Collection of Chinese Paintings auction, the work Landscape sold for GBP 12,500.00 (€ 17,503.23) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 5,000.00. This high result makes Landscape the most expensive artwork by Hu Zongxin that we have observed at auctions so far.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Hu Zongxin erzielte im November 2007 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion The Mu-Fei Collection of Chinese Paintings wurde die Arbeit Landscape für GBP 12.500,00 (€ 17.503,23) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 5.000,00. Dieses hohe Ergebnis macht Landscape zu dem teuersten Kunstwerk von Hu Zongxin, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
