The work Cursive Script Calligraphy by Hu Zongxin was sold in the Fine Chinese Classical Paintings and Calligraphy auction at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2017. It achieved a price of HKD 81,250.00 (€ 9,277.66), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 35%. Other works by Hu Zongxin have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 12,500.00 (€ 17,503.23) in November 2007 for the work Landscape.

Die Arbeit Cursive Script Calligraphy von Hu Zongxin wurde im Mai 2017 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Classical Paintings and Calligraphy bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 81.250,00 (€ 9.277,66) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 35%. Andere Arbeiten von Hu Zongxin haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von GBP 12.500,00 (€ 17.503,23) im November 2007 für die Arbeit Landscape beobachtet.
