Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Calligraphy by Hsing Yun was sold in the Collections of paintings preserved by overseas collectors auction at POLY in November last year. The price achieved of HKD 14,400.00 (€ 1,786.92) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 12,000.00 – 20,000.00. Admittedly, works by Hsing Yun have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Calligraphic Couplets in July last year with an auction result of HKD 132,000.00 (€ 16,470.89).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Calligraphy von Hsing Yun wurde im November letzten Jahres in der Auktion Collections of paintings preserved by overseas collectors bei POLY versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 14.400,00 (€ 1.786,92) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 12.000,00 – 20.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Hsing Yun auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Calligraphic Couplets im Juli letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 132.000,00 (€ 16.470,89).
