Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Sisters by Ho Huu Thu was auctioned at Sothebys in Singapore in April 2007. The price achieved of SGD 9,600.00 (€ 4,624.30) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as SGD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Other works by Ho Huu Thu have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in February last year the work Two Women was auctioned for HKD 60,480.00 (€ 6,891.83).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Sisters von Ho Huu Thu kam im April 2007 bei Sothebys in Singapur zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von SGD 9.600,00 (€ 4.624,30) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit SGD 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Ho Huu Thu konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Februar letzten Jahres die Arbeit Two Women für HKD 60.480,00 (€ 6.891,83) versteigert.
