Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Natsusugata, Beppu (Summer Attire, Beppu), 1936 Wakai Onna (Young Girl), 1936 by Hirano Hakuho was sold in the Japanese and Korean Art auction at Christies in New York in March 2005. Here, the upper estimate of USD 2,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 2,760.00 (€ 2,128.15). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hirano Hakuho achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Showa Era (1926-1989), 1932 in March 2019 with an auction result of USD 25,075.00 (€ 22,332.56).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Natsusugata, Beppu (Summer Attire, Beppu), 1936 Wakai Onna (Young Girl), 1936 von Hirano Hakuho wurde im März 2005 in der Auktion Japanese and Korean Art bei Christies in New York versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 2.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 2.760,00 (€ 2.128,15) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hirano Hakuho erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Showa Era (1926-1989), 1932 im März 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 25.075,00 (€ 22.332,56).
