This artwork by Hildo Krop achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Amsterdam in November 2007. In the The Sculpture Sale auction, the work Nude sold for EUR 9,850.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hildo Krop achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Actie naar buiten - Actie naar binnen, a pair in May 2002 with an auction result of EUR 107,550.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Hildo Krop erzielte im November 2007 bei Christies in Amsterdam einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion The Sculpture Sale wurde die Arbeit Nude für EUR 9.850,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 5.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hildo Krop erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Actie naar buiten - Actie naar binnen, a pair im Mai 2002 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 107.550,00.
