Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Young Rhinoceros by Hetty Heyster was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in September 2011. The price achieved of EUR 1,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 800.00 – 1,200.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Hetty Heyster - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Saddled horse, which sold at auction in September 2011 for EUR 3,750.00.

Die Arbeit Young Rhinoceros von Hetty Heyster kam im September 2011 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.000,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 800,00 – 1.200,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Hetty Heyster mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Saddled horse beobachtet, die im September 2011 für EUR 3.750,00 versteigert wurde.
