In July 2016 Christies in London held the auction Victorian, Pre-Raphaelite & British Impressionist Art, Maritime Art, Sporting & Wildlife Art, which included the work The house of Tintoretto, Venice by Hercules Brabazon Brabazon. The result of GBP 3,000.00 (€ 3,564.65) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Hercules Brabazon Brabazon - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Venice From The Lagoon, With The Doge'S Palace, And The Campanile, Italy, which sold at auction in November 2005 for GBP 7,200.00 (€ 10,577.71).

Im Juli 2016 führte Christies in London die Auktion Victorian, Pre-Raphaelite & British Impressionist Art, Maritime Art, Sporting & Wildlife Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit The house of Tintoretto, Venice von Hercules Brabazon Brabazon zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 3.000,00 (€ 3.564,65) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Hercules Brabazon Brabazon mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Venice From The Lagoon, With The Doge'S Palace, And The Campanile, Italy beobachtet, die im November 2005 für GBP 7.200,00 (€ 10.577,71) versteigert wurde.
