A top price for Henry Wilkinson - as previously expected
The work The Runner by Henry Wilkinson was sold in the Sporting Art and Dogs auction at Christies in London in June 2005. The price achieved of GBP 660.00 (€ 978.16) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 600.00 – 800.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, The Runner is the most expensive artwork by Henry Wilkinson that we have observed at auctions so far.
