In the American Paintings, Drawings & Sculpture auction, the work Polo Player Mounting changed hands for USD 3,750.00 (€ 2,703.68) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Henry Koehler achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work American The 1973 Belmont Jockeys in November 2007 with an auction result of USD 40,000.00 (€ 27,233.12).
