Auction result well in line with expectations
In February 2014 Artcurial held the auction Urban Art, which included the work Lauryn Hill, 2013 by Henry Hang. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 2,080.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Henry Hang have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in June 2015 the work Sans Titre - 2014 was auctioned for EUR 2,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Februar 2014 führte Artcurial die Auktion Urban Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Lauryn Hill, 2013 von Henry Hang zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 2.080,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Henry Hang konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Juni 2015 die Arbeit Sans Titre - 2014 für EUR 2.500,00 versteigert.
