Auction result well in line with expectations
In August 2013 Christies in London held the auction Christie's Interiors, which included the work Pimlico Interior by Henry Dawnay. The price achieved of GBP 500.00 (€ 586.09) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 400.00 – 600.00. Other works by Henry Dawnay have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in June 2010 the work Drawing room was auctioned for GBP 812.50 (€ 988.08).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im August 2013 führte Christies in London die Auktion Christie's Interiors durch, in der auch die Arbeit Pimlico Interior von Henry Dawnay zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 500,00 (€ 586,09) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 400,00 – 600,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Henry Dawnay konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Juni 2010 die Arbeit Drawing room für GBP 812,50 (€ 988,08) versteigert.
