This artwork by Henrik Samuelsson achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Amsterdam in September 2012. In the Property of the Scheringa Museum of Realist Art auction, the work Ytanoch ytan/surface and surface (from the series Stega) sold for EUR 6,875.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 3,500.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Henrik Samuelsson; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Det där That sold at auction in September 2012 with the realized price of EUR 8,750.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Henrik Samuelsson erzielte im September 2012 bei Christies in Amsterdam einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Property of the Scheringa Museum of Realist Art wurde die Arbeit Ytanoch ytan/surface and surface (from the series Stega) für EUR 6.875,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 3.500,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Henrik Samuelsson; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Det där That im September 2012 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 8.750,00.
