Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Sketch For Psyche Before The Temple Of Venus by Henrietta Rae was auctioned at Sothebys in London in July 2015. It changed hands for a price of GBP 7,500.00 (€ 10,632.48) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Henrietta Rae achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Sirens in June 2011 with an auction result of GBP 97,250.00 (€ 107,589.05).

Die Arbeit Sketch For Psyche Before The Temple Of Venus von Henrietta Rae kam im Juli 2015 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 7.500,00 (€ 10.632,48) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 6.000,00 – 8.000,00.
