Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In February 2004 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction PICTURES, WATERCOLOURS AND DRAWINGS, which included the work Figures and animals in a small street, Arnemuiden by Henri van Seben. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 3,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 3,107.00. Other works by Henri van Seben have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 2,750.00 (€ 3,686.49) in January 2008 for the work Little thieves.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Februar 2004 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion PICTURES, WATERCOLOURS AND DRAWINGS durch, in der auch die Arbeit Figures and animals in a small street, Arnemuiden von Henri van Seben zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 3.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 3.107,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Henri van Seben haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von GBP 2.750,00 (€ 3.686,49) im Januar 2008 für die Arbeit Little thieves beobachtet.
