In September 2008 Christies in New York held the auction South Asian Modern + Contemporary Art, which included this untitled work by Hema Upadhyay. The »bidding war« ended at USD 80,500.00 (€ 57,169.24), 34% above the upper estimate. Other works by Hema Upadhyay have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 1,027,500.00 (€ 84,590.46) in May 2008 for the work without title.

Im September 2008 führte Christies in New York die Auktion South Asian Modern + Contemporary Art durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Hema Upadhyay zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 80.500,00 (€ 57.169,24) und damit 34% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Hema Upadhyay haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.027.500,00 (€ 84.590,46) im Mai 2008 für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet.
