Auction result well in line with expectations
The work The Funeral of a Little Girl was Passing By by Helen Bradley was sold in the Modern British & Irish Art auction at Bonhams in London in June this year. The price achieved of GBP 25,600.00 (€ 29,793.99) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Admittedly, works by Helen Bradley have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Oh it's the King and Queen in April 2019 with an auction result of GBP 162,500.00 (€ 189,034.46).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit The Funeral of a Little Girl was Passing By von Helen Bradley wurde im Juni diesen Jahres in der Auktion Modern British & Irish Art bei Bonhams in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 25.600,00 (€ 29.793,99) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Helen Bradley auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Oh it's the King and Queen im April 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 162.500,00 (€ 189.034,46).
