Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Cable Cars In the Mist by He Wei was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2019. The price achieved of HKD 12,500.00 (€ 1,449.77) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Admittedly, works by He Wei have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Bisulfite in March this year with an auction result of HKD 76,200.00 (€ 8,922.24).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Cable Cars In the Mist von He Wei kam im November 2019 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 12.500,00 (€ 1.449,77) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von He Wei auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Bisulfite im März diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 76.200,00 (€ 8.922,24).
