Sold at the upper estimate price
The work Mount Huang by He Tianjian was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in February 2021. The auction ended at the price of HKD 30,000.00 (€ 3,197.72), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of HKD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by He Tianjian achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Rise Of The Brilliant Sun in April 2016 with an auction result of HKD 6,680,000.00 (€ 752,602.05).
