Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Hermitage In The Mountains by He Tianjian was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in July 2020. The price achieved of HKD 237,500.00 (€ 26,021.32) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 200,000.00 – 300,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by He Tianjian achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Rise Of The Brilliant Sun in April 2016 with an auction result of HKD 6,680,000.00 (€ 752,602.05).

Die Arbeit Hermitage In The Mountains von He Tianjian wurde im Juli 2020 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 237.500,00 (€ 26.021,32) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 200.000,00 – 300.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von He Tianjian erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Rise Of The Brilliant Sun im April 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 6.680.000,00 (€ 752.602,05).
