Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In February 2021 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Dawn of Spring: Chinese Paintings Online, which included the work Peach Blossoms by He Hongyu. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 12,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 13,750.00 (€ 1,465.62). Admittedly, works by He Hongyu have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Flavours on the Lake in December last year with an auction result of HKD 63,000.00 (€ 7,549.64).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Februar 2021 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Dawn of Spring: Chinese Paintings Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit Peach Blossoms von He Hongyu zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 12.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 13.750,00 (€ 1.465,62) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von He Hongyu auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Flavours on the Lake im Dezember letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 63.000,00 (€ 7.549,64).
