Auction result well in line with expectations
In December 2013 Sothebys in Beijing held the auction Modern and Contemporary Chinese Art, which included the work Xiao Wu'S Triptych Iii by He Duoling. The price achieved of CNY 177,000.00 (€ 21,220.99) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as CNY 150,000.00 – 200,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by He Duoling achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Unknown in May 2014 with an auction result of HKD 13,240,000.00 (€ 1,252,170.09).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Dezember 2013 führte Sothebys in Beijing die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Chinese Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Xiao Wu'S Triptych Iii von He Duoling zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von CNY 177.000,00 (€ 21.220,99) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit CNY 150.000,00 – 200.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von He Duoling erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Unknown im Mai 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 13.240.000,00 (€ 1.252.170,09).
