Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2020 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Contemporary Art Asia: Kid at heART, which included the work Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind, signed by Miyazaki by Hayao Miyazaki. The price achieved of HKD 56,250.00 (€ 6,460.91) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 45,000.00 – 65,000.00. Other works by Hayao Miyazaki have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in June 2020 the work My Neighbour Totoro; & Kiki's Delivery Service; & Ponyo on the Cliff was auctioned for HKD 87,500.00 (€ 10,050.31).

Im Juni 2020 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Contemporary Art Asia: Kid at heART durch, in der auch die Arbeit Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind, signed by Miyazaki von Hayao Miyazaki zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 56.250,00 (€ 6.460,91) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 45.000,00 – 65.000,00 angegeben worden.
