Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Unknown by Hassan El Glaoui was sold in the Modern & Contemporary African Art auction at Bonhams in July this year. It changed hands for a price of EUR 28,160.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Admittedly, works by Hassan El Glaoui have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Moroccan La Sortie Du Roi in April 2019 with an auction result of GBP 137,500.00 (€ 159,952.24).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Unknown von Hassan El Glaoui wurde im Juli diesen Jahres in der Auktion Modern & Contemporary African Art bei Bonhams versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 28.160,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 20.000,00 – 30.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Hassan El Glaoui auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Moroccan La Sortie Du Roi im April 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 137.500,00 (€ 159.952,24).
