Sold at the lower estimate price
The work Cavaliers by Hassan El Glaoui was sold in the African Contemporary Art, Modern & Contemporary Art auction at Artcurial in Marrakech in December 2021. The result of MAD 30,000.00 (€ 2,836.19) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of MAD 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hassan El Glaoui achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Moroccan La Sortie Du Roi in April 2019 with an auction result of GBP 137,500.00 (€ 159,952.24).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Cavaliers von Hassan El Glaoui wurde im Dezember 2021 in der Auktion African Contemporary Art, Modern & Contemporary Art bei Artcurial in Marrakesch versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von MAD 30.000,00 (€ 2.836,19) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von MAD 30.000,00 – 50.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hassan El Glaoui erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Moroccan La Sortie Du Roi im April 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 137.500,00 (€ 159.952,24).
