It achieved a price of MAD 455,000.00 (€ 39,925.37), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 38%. Admittedly, works by Hassan El Glaoui have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Moroccan La Sortie Du Roi in April 2019 with an auction result of GBP 137,500.00 (€ 159,952.24).

Die Arbeit Cavaliers Devant Les Remparts, Marrakech von Hassan El Glaoui kam im Mai 2021 bei Artcurial in Marrakesch zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von MAD 455.000,00 (€ 39.925,37) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 38%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Hassan El Glaoui auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Moroccan La Sortie Du Roi im April 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 137.500,00 (€ 159.952,24).
