Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Feeding Time by Harold Harvey was sold in the British & Irish Art auction at Sothebys in London in May 2012. The price achieved of GBP 23,750.00 (€ 29,591.46) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Harold Harvey - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Tulip pickers, which sold at auction in September 2019 for GBP 93,812.00 (€ 105,855.72).
