Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Winter Scene, Bright Sunlight by Harald Pryn was sold in the British & Continental Pictures including Sporting and Marine Paintings auction at Sothebys in Olympia in July 2007. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 2,040.00 (€ 3,029.87) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Harald Pryn - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A winter track, Bagsvard, which sold at auction in September 2007 for GBP 5,000.00 (€ 7,169.63).

Die Arbeit Winter Scene, Bright Sunlight von Harald Pryn wurde im Juli 2007 in der Auktion British & Continental Pictures including Sporting and Marine Paintings bei Sothebys in Olympia versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 2.040,00 (€ 3.029,87) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
