Auction result well in line with expectations
The work At the edge of the wood by Hans Richard von Volkmann was auctioned at Christies in London in March 2007. The price achieved of GBP 360.00 (€ 529.88) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 300.00 – 500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hans Richard von Volkmann achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Eine Heugarbe mit spielenden Kindern davor in November 2012 with an auction result of EUR 7,095.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit At the edge of the wood von Hans Richard von Volkmann kam im März 2007 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 360,00 (€ 529,88) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 300,00 – 500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hans Richard von Volkmann erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Eine Heugarbe mit spielenden Kindern davor im November 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 7.095,00.
