In September 2013 Christies in London held the auction Out of the Ordinary, which included the work Harpens Kraft (The Strength Of The Harp) by Hans Nicolaj Hansen. The result of GBP 5,000.00 (€ 5,976.73) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Harpens Kraft (The Strength Of The Harp) is the most expensive artwork by Hans Nicolaj Hansen that we have observed at auctions so far.
